Rates for psychotherapy are $140-$250 depending on length of service and type of insurance.
Coaching is $60/week self pay
For clients with high deductibles, a health savings account (HSA) is a tax-advantaged medical savings account for people enrolled in a high-deductible health plan (HDHP). The funds in the HSA can be used for certain medical expenses, including psychotherapy. I will provide you with an invoice with detailed charges.

It is recommended that you check with your insurance company to see if you have met the deductible and what your copay and coinsurance responsibilities may be before scheduling your first session.
For other insurance companies that are not listed above, I am an out-of-network provider. I can provide you with a receipt to submit to your insurance company. Some individuals will receive a portion of counseling fees reimbursed to them, but others may not receive any reimbursements, so please check with your insurance company. Please note that in this instance, you are required to pay for services as they are rendered and then seek reimbursement directly from your insurance company.
Keep in mind that a medically necessary mental health diagnosis is required when submitting information for insurance reimbursement. Many individuals seeking therapy do not have a medically necessary diagnosis, but are seeking extra support duing a challenging time in their lives. Clients are encouraged to consider this before starting therapy.
Cash, check and all major credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and AmEx) are accepted for payment. Co-pays, if using insurance, are due at time of service. If paying by check, please be aware there will be a $30 charge for checks returned for non-sufficient funds. It is Omnis Counseling's policy to not allow a balance to exceed $300. Payment arrangements can be made if needed. Payments can be made in person or through this website.
If you miss your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay $50 for the missed session. The fee must be paid before another appointment can be rescheduled. For your convenience, you may notify me of a cancellation any time of day by email or voice mail. In the case of inclement weather that makes travel hazardous, such as torrential rain, flooding and snowstorms, sessions are rescheduled. Please be aware that Insurance does not reimburse for missed appointments.
