We can discuss what you would like to work on together during our sessions.  Some approaches commonly used are Lifestyle approaches,  Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Self Hypnosis, Guided Meditation, Guided Imagery, Behavior Modification, Relational Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Self-Compassion and Forgiveness Therapy. These are just some of the more typical therapies used in session, depending on what you hope to accomplish together in sessions.
