Individual Counseling -  Individual counseling is offered for men and women struggling with life circumstances, sleep or mood issues.  Psychotherapy helps with general anxiety, depression, chronic insomnia, grief, career, phase of life, relationship issues (dating,separation, divorce, family conflicts, domestic violence, resentments), women's issues, addiction recovery, trauma, and  personal growth. Approaches to individual therapy are client-centered and supportive. Lifestyle issues are sometimes addressed as well for client's seeking ways to feel better physically and emotionally.
Marriage/Couples Counseling  -  Relationships with a significant other are sensitive and couples will learn how to communicate with soft starts, mutual respect for differences, and learn how to navigate issues that create conflict.  Other common issues addressed in therapy can be grief and loss, relocation adjustment, legal issues, threat of divorce, infidelity, parenting, blended family, extended family, behavioral or health issues, sexual incompatibility, addictions, ineffective communication, values, and personality differences.  Online assessments and feedback, along with counseling sessions are offered for engaged and married couples.
